Well today was the handcart days parade and I just happened to be in it lol with my cheer squad and it was absolutley fun ! I am almost sure I burned tons of calories and had fun doing it ! we cheered and tumbled and I was so proud of myself cause I actually threw a backhandspring on the asphalt in front of the whole fam damily and it was way fun I loved it !

oh yeah! the girl does amazing stunts! Ky, you need a stick to go with that cheer uniform (ya know, to beat the dude's off with). I can hook you up with one if you need (a stick that is). I love this blogging stuff, I just laugh at myself the whole time i am composing. Anyway, back to you......you're awesome!!!
